Gartner's report on the 30 Leading Locations for Offshore Services ranks seven North American and Latin American countries among the global top 30. The consultant's study of Chile reveals that the country is attractive to the global services industry due to the government's strong commitment, labor and tax advantages, low costs with respect to qualified labour and wages, and a reliable, low-cost telecommunications infrastructure.
