Investment OpportunitiesThe Chilean wine industry has developed significantly over recent years, in terms of both production volume and quality, and the reputation of Chilean wines has allowed exports to continue to reach new markets. The Valparaíso region has stood out for its production of premium white wines (Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc) in the Casablanca valley, and more recently in the San Antonio area.

- Trade agreements are already in place with the region's main export destinations (29% to USA, 24% to UK, 9% to Canada, 8% to Ireland in 2005)
